We produce all our doughnuts in our family run bakery, decorating every doughnut by hand. The figures in the link below have been kindly provided by Harper Adams University but are to be used as a guide only. Our ring doughnuts are all of a similar weight with icing whether vegan or classic, and the same goes for our filled doughnuts.
